After registering, simply sign in and click on the Bunk Notes button. Enter your camper’s name and select their dorm (if you know it - if not, no worries!). Type your message, and hit “Send”! Our team will deliver it directly to your camper’s dorm before bedtime each evening.

All Bunk Notes submitted before 6pm each day will be printed and delivered to dorm lobbies to be read during Dorm Time (10:30pm).

They will be delivered Monday - Thursday nights. (Any Bunk Notes submitted after 6:30pm on Thursday will not be delivered).

Bunk Note credits cost $1 each (or less depending on the bundle you purchase).

Bundles are available in various sizes (10 for $10, 30 for $25, etc.)

This is a third-party feature. The Bunk1 team is getting 100% of all fees. The costs helps cover the cost of them running the app.

Sadly, this is a one-way delivery. Campers will be unable to send Bunk Notes back to parents.

Your youth pastor will provide any opportunities for your camper to communicate back to you via phone calls, FaceTime, or text.

Absolutely! On the right side of the dashboard, you’ll select Invite Family Members, enter their details and they will be sent an email invitation. PLEASE NOTE: This will prompt them to set up their own account. It does not provide them access to your account or bundle.

When you purchase Bunk Notes Express, you will receive a unique email address for your camper. You can customize your camper email address and share with friends and family so the can send Bunk Notes too.

Please be aware that each time you send a Bunk Note, 1 credit will be deducted from your account! You must have credits on your account to be able to use this option.

We’d encourage you to ask some questions that you want to know about when your camper returns home (remember they won’t reply in real time, so challenge them to jot down their thoughts so you can hear all about it when you pick them up on Friday!)

Ask about the sermons, the music, what their favorite activity has been, what they discussed in their family time, if they met any new friends, who their favorite staffer is, and whatever else comes to mind!

It’s also great to share an encouraging word, a Bible verse, a short prayer, and how proud you are of them for being at Crossroads this week.

We’d encourage you to send your love, not your nerves / anxiety as a parent who misses their kid!

To minimize any worry or homesickness, also save any surprising or sad news for when they get home (i.e. - a family pet isn’t doing well or a neighbor is back in the hospital).
