As summer staff, your main role is to build meaningful relationships with teenagers—whether that’s at meals, during worship, out on activities, or hanging out in the dorms. You’ll get to invest in their lives while having fun right alongside them. You’ll also have the opportunity to:
Lead an afternoon activity—whether that’s a sports tournament, outdoor adventure, or something creative.
Pitch in with behind-the-scenes tasks like selling merch, running cameras, greeting at doors, or helping with other staff responsibilities that make camp happen.
Encourage and advise students after evening sessions and in other moments throughout the week.
If you’re hired, you’ll receive a more detailed staff description—but this gives you a glimpse of what to expect.
