We’re glad you’re here! Before submitting a request, please read the information below carefully:

• This is a request, not a guarantee. Golf carts are limited, and submitting this form does not ensure your group will receive one.

• Deadline: May 15th. All requests must be submitted by this date. Late submissions may not be accommodated.

• Limited availability. Carts are assigned with priority given to groups with medical needs or mobility limitations.

• One cart per group. Each group may receive one (1) golf cart. Requests for additional carts may be submitted, but approval may be unlikely based on limited availability.

• Rental fee required. Approved groups will pay a $250 fee for the week, due after confirmation from Crossroads.
