What does this stuff mean?

• Morning Sessions - At Crossroads, we kick off the day with fun, worship, interactive games, and practical teaching from trusted voices! This is where your students shake off the sleep, connect with their group, and get ready for a full, action-packed day of camp.

  • Gender-Specific Sessions - On Wednesday and Thursday mornings, girls and guys will alternate between gender-specific sessions and small groups. While one group participates in a gender-specific session in the main auditorium, the other group will meet with their group-appointed leaders and split into small groups on campus. Afterward, everyone will come back together for worship and games before swapping. This allows every student to experience both the gender-specific session and small-group time.

    • Leaders may attend a leader-only session available during the gender-specific timeframe directly next door to the main auditorium. So, there's no hassle and no leaving the building while your students are in session!

  • Small Groups - Small groups are a built-in time Tuesday through Thursday mornings for students to process what they’re learning, ask questions, connect with their leaders of the same gender, and build deeper community with one another. These intentional conversations help students take what they’re hearing in sessions and apply it to their everyday lives.

• Missions Offering - While it may not be on the schedule, our Missions Offering will take place during one of the sessions. Every year, we raise a Love Offering for our ministry partners around the world. 100% of the funds go to support missions in places like the US, Ecuador, Guatemala, Thailand, the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, and beyond. You can give with cash or through a contactless payment option.

  Evening Sessions - Each evening, we gather for corporate worship and powerful teaching from Clayton King and other guest speakers. One evening will be a special Worship Night, giving students an extended opportunity to worship together, encounter God, and respond to what He is doing in their lives. These sessions are often where students experience some of the most meaningful and life-changing moments of Crossroads. Be sure your students bring a pen and Bible as they dive into Scripture.

  Family Time - After the Evening Session, each group will have a designated space for reflection and sharing. The group leader will guide this time, giving students a chance to build lasting community and bond over their experiences. It’s often where some of the deepest conversations and friendships form!

• Send-Off - On Friday morning, there will be optional time for campers and leaders to enjoy the last bit of fun before heading home. We’ll have outdoor games, photo opportunities, merch, and more, so it’s the perfect chance to make some final memories before you hit the road by 9:30am.
