Media Policy

To create a distraction-free and safe environment for all of our guests, we have developed a policy regarding any camp participants using cameras or drones on campus.

Each participant who chooses to photograph or video with a camera that is not their phone must have equipment that is identifiable by a CRSC Media Tag.

Restrictions and Guidelines

• No recording or photographing during worship services outside of your seat

  • Before and after sessions are fine

  • This includes coming to the side of the stage or backstage (all CRSC photos are accessible through our public folder so that all stage photos or videos taken by us can be used by your group)

• No direct recording or photographing of students who are not in your group

  • If other students happen to be in a photo during activity time or other locations, that is okay

  • We just ask that you not intentionally photograph or record students who are not in your group

• No recording or photographing in the dorms

  • We want to respect each guest’s privacy and know that many students are dressed more casually in the dorms

• A CRSC Media Tag must be visible on your equipment

  • If using multiple cameras or devices, request additional tags and they will be distributed as needed

• We reserve the right to ask for photos/ videos taken on campus as well as the right to ask you to stop recording/photographing at any point if we feel like guidelines aren’t met
